Help with Metabo tool case?

Hi all,

Anybody here know their way around Metabo's tool cases?

I just bought a Metabo HE 23-650 variable speed heat gun. It seems like a very nice unit, likely made by Steinel, in Romania.

Unfortunately it did not come with a case and I would like to get one.

Metabo sells a version of this same heat gun that does come with a case:
https://www.metabo.com/com/en/tools/others/hot-air-gun/he-23-650-control-602365500-hot-air-gun.html

But I can't figure out what the part number for that case might be.

Anyone know a way to find that particular case? Or failing that, anyone have a suggestion for a different Metabo case that would fit the heat gun?

Thanks for reading

That carrying case on the Metabo website is 344454350 MC05, it is not listed in catalogs.

What country are you in? People list those plastic Metabo cases on eBay all the time for like $10 or $15. They're not really anything special. I have a bunch of them collecting dust. If you buy a generic one made for a drill or whatever, you might have to modify the inside a little bit to make the heat gun and cord fit nicely.
