Help with old M Klein & sons tool

I found these M. Klein & Sons needle nose for $1.00 at the flea market yesterday. Not quite sure what they are for and nothing on eBay or Google.
Any ideas?

Scratch my last post.. search comes up with they are a heat coil plier.
