Help with old Thorsen sets, what was in them?

I picked up these two sets nearly sight unseen. I'm hoping there are saw Thorsen experts out there.

The smaller set is number 1416. I know it is missing one socket. What is funny though, is on the 8pt sockets it lists 7/16" on the lid sheet, but the set has a 5/16" socket. Looking online I find other model 1416 sets that have 5/16" printed. Is this a misprint? Or did they change at one time?

Is the "flex" listed the tool in there that I consider a breaker bar? Or are they referring to a flex socket? That breaker bar is Thorsen, does it not belong?

The larger set is number 1218. Does anyone have a part list for that?

Thanks, all!

Nice stuff!! You might get more help in the Vintage subforum, although Thorsen is not quite blessed with the collector following of say Plomb or vintage SK.

I would think 'flex' is referring to the breaker bar.
If it was a socket it'd say the size.
Beautiful sets no matter what though.

Love the way the label says "for radio, TV and ignition work". I can't imagine needing a socket set on a TV or radio.
