help with painting...

Hi

So...I wasn't thinking...had these brackets made to put on my garage...

The need to be primed...what's the best way to do that with all the insets and such?
They also need to be painted...2 different colors...one color for the inside piece and a different color for the outside pieces...

Suggestions and being efficient with painting here?

Well I would spray the primer and main color on. Then get some help and some small brushes for the other color. Finish them completely before installing.
