OK bill, the easiest way is here.....no account, just upload

and copy and paste the "forum code" into your post........nice big clear pictures.........

As KXXR says............you need to highlight the "forum code" and copy and paste (by right clicking) into your message. Will show as a two/three line URL jumbo, but when you preview the message, a big clear picture shows up in its place.
