Help with Quick Jack: Stuck in up position

Hi I have a Quick Jack BL-5000 and it's stuck in the up position. I raised both to the full up position and was only able to lower one while the other stayed up. I kept trying to raise and lower the one and now both are stuck in the up position. Any ideas? I tried to call Quick Jack and they are not picking up the phone or returning emails the past couple days.
