I would like to install a Wall Mounted hand sink in this area, with back splashes above and to the side. Don't think I want a cabinet. Just trying to keep cost down. Not going to be used everyday.
Anyone have any recommendations on a brand?
Elkay, Krowne, Advance Tabco, Eagle Group, John Boos ect...

There are some on Amazon for under $100.00

And I can't seem to find any back splash material.. Any Ideas?

For a shop sink, anything the Re-Store is selling cheap. Backsplash, a piece of corrugated metal roofing maybe?

I used FRP as a back splash for my garage sink. I would glue it up before you hang the fiberglass slop sink so you can just silicone caulk the edge of the sink to the FRP.

Craigslist. I bet you can find an old sink being removed from a remodel for cheap.

Just get a utility/laundry sink. They come as wall mount or floor mount. They are about $50

Your list of sink manufacturers is fairly complete but the price will vary because some sinks are deep drawn and others are fabricated. The deep drawn sinks have thin spots and might leak or crack over time, a quality fabricated sink is better. ( I purchased many of them when I was part of the work force) For your needs I would take the advice of the others who posted here and look for a used sink, they are out there. Used Grocery equipment supply companies usually have them. A quality faucet and drain hub will be a good investment, try to buy a name brand like T&S, even if it is rough parts are readily available to rebuild them.
For a back splash I would recommend using FRP, it is available in 4x8 sheets in different colors. (FRP=Fiberglas reinforced plastic)

I saw a stainless sink with backsplash, and faucet at Costco the other day. It was over your budget, but included a tall wrap around backsplash.

Having bought a few Stainless Steel sinks for both my home and rentals you will have to "Pay Up" for depth and gauge. The more metal the more moolah.

You can find sinks going for cheap on craigslist or offerup. As for backsplash, I'd cover that with greenboard and paint with high gloss paint. If it's really going to be wet all the time, maybe put a sheet of plexiglass on the wall.

Picked this up today off craigslist for $107.00. It's an Elkay 17'"W x 15" D.
I think it's a 5" deep bowl. The steel feels pretty thick.
Needs cleaned up and even if I have to replace the faucet, I think I did OK.

You did great! That looks like it's in a great shape. Not bad for sink and faucet.
