Socket organization is a much discussed and never tiring topic here. Those are commomly referred to as "Hanson Trays". I've fond them to be the best solution for myself but you need to have a tall enough drawer to fit them in and the 1/2 drive trays are pretty tall.

My plan was to put them in the top of my roll cart and I am pretty sure it's deep enough. If you don't mind could you measure yours just so I can confirm that they will work before I buy them?

O'Reilly's has the 1/4 and 3/8 in stock. Not sure if they can order ones for 1/2 or not. I believe they are less than $10.00 each also. Checked today and both the 1/4 and 3/8 Hansens are $9.99 each. The have to special order the 1/2 and they are $11.99 each.

Note that these are "Hansen" trays. Not "Hanson" trays. Hanson is also a tool maker, but they don't make these...

If you have the right space for them (deep drawer, low enough that you can drop them in from the top) they work nicely.

I use several. Here's a (apologize, blurry) pic of my metric socket drawer.

Here's a link to Hansen Tray's on the Sears Web site.
