I have these 2 15” heavy steel gouge chisels but don’t know what there called or what there used for. Any help would be appreciated.

Never seen solid steel gouges. Chisels yes, but not gouges. I could believe the Cobbler.

They look like blacksmith made gouges. One looks like an inside gouge and the other is an outside gouge (depends which side is sharpened but you never sharpen both sides). I used to build log homes and have used many gouges and slicks and would love to have had those.
