Help with Tool Box ID

Just got this box. Working on prepping it for paint and never could find any kind of numbers or markings on it. It's very sturdy. Nothing like a Craftsman box. The handles on the bottom have been put on there from lowes or somewhere. And the casters are something I've never seen before.

the casters look really good for cutting power cables , got any good circuit breakers ?

Looks like something someone pieced together. The casters look like they are off an old creeper. The drawer pulls, as you said from the cabinet section. Take a picture of the drawer slides, that should help to narrow it down.

The slides look identical to an old craftsman. No roller bearing or anything. Just metal to metal. Anyone got any good idea's on some handles and better casters for it. I'm going to fix it up and keep it. It's pretty heavy duty.
