Help with Toolbox ID and Value

Local guy has a toolbox for sale. Says it is a Matco with 3' Wide, 5' Tall, and 18 inches deep. Definitely looks like an older box so I figured you would be the guys to ask the value.

If everything is in good shape, no dents, all drawers slide well, I'd be asking $500 if I was selling.
