Help! with top coat problem

All,
Rookie mistake - I was actually loving my floor until I put the top coat on. I tried to fix uneven coverage and put it too on thick in one spot - now I am sick after all my hard work. How can I fix this? I bought more top coat for a second layer.
Any advice / help would be very much appreciated!

Only look at the floor when the light is from behind you and you'll never see it.
Kidding - actually I did my top coat today a have a little of the same but I'm thrilled overall so no big deal. It will be less noticeable when the garage is loaded and back in day to day service. It looks great to me.
