Help with vintage long reach jack

I tried doing a search on multiple platforms and not having any luck. I do not know the brand name. All I found to identify it is the numbers 3PO175. I need help with refilling and bleeding it so it will pump up. It also has a foot pedal on the back below the handle. I drained a lot of the fluid that was very cloudy which I assume is very old. Trying to put in some new oil to see if that helps before trying to replace any seals.

Fill ports are many times a threaded or rubber plug on the outside of the reservoir. To bleed, open the release valve and pump the handle a dozen times.
