Help with weak Wilton stamping

Picked up this bullet but the stamps are weak.
If anyone can help make out the stamps I'd appreciate it

I can't make it out, but the range is not that long. Date stamps on vises explicitly bearing the "GUAR EXP" prefix are all between 1959 and 1966, for vises made between 1954 and 1961.

Hold a flashlight at a very low angle, almost horizontal, across the stamping, @shares. That will help bring it out.

It's done all the time with obliterated gun serial #s:
