help with what this taper is?

Hey guys, new here with posting. I got a few of these large endmills with this type of taper on them. I cant find a holder or a machine that they would fit on. I would like to be able to sharpen them and maybe use then in my home shop/garage.
Also this is the first pic im trying to post.
The dimensions are 1.280" on the large taper, .720" on small end and about 1.900" long. it also has a place for a set screw to seat to lock.
I would like to make or buy some kind of adapter to be able to use them if anyone knows what it is.

Is it tapped in the back? If so, can you measure the thread pitch, metric or standard?
