Helped my grandpaps neighbor move his recently deceased mothers stuff today, it took all of 7 hours and a lot of traveling. Wasn't expecting anything but he was about to trash a few things in the garage I couldn't see tossed.

Here's some of the stuff he told me to take home, forgot to take a pic of the littlestown vise and a few other small things.

The rough looking kennedy box is even filled with machinist tools, taps and dies, and like minded things. :bounce:

What an awesome score!

Good for you for helping them out.

How about some pics inside the Kennedy chest. I think we'd all like to see the contents.

It pays to be helpful. My old neighbor gave me a twice used paint gun for helping bleed his brakes. Your score is way better!

Wow, nice haul! I don't know if "you ****" awards are allowed to be given on stuff given as an unexpected reward for deeds of kindness, but at the risk of being ostracized by fellow GJ'er's....YOU ****!

Do I spy a late 60s Chevy under the car cover? Details please ;)

Hmmm... It does seem to look like a Magnum 500 style wheel (like the 69-70 SS 396 Chevelles used)...except it looks chromed, like a Buick GS would be. Of course, Mopar put those wheels on some of their cars too.

Tell us, OP...what is the car under the cover? We are curious!

Thanks guys, and thats alright lump the "you ****" award seems pretty cherished around here

As for the car, it's a 1971 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400. That ones actually my fathers, it was immaculate until I slammed about 20 different bikes against it when I was a kid  I'm going to get some money together and fix it for him sometime in the near future, hopefully for his 50th birthday.

Here's my rainy day ride.

Sweet! Love the deluxe cab with the corner windows. Been a car collector ALL of my life, and I have a soft spot for the 47-54 GM pickups, for sure.
