What is a good going rate for sq/ft in pa. I am trying to price out a new building. So far 2 quotes have differed vastly and what comes with them. I have one for 7850 from steelmasters and then one from belle springs structures (2x4 type building) for 19,703. I am looking for something residential at 30-35 wide and 30-35 long. I will have the slab poured and ready. what should i be expecting price wise? What would be the most inexpensive way to go. I am mechanically incline and think i could figure out how to build my own 2x4 building if i only knew what and were the codes were.
