Hello my name is Allen I'm not good with the web so I'll try my best. I need help i got a Miller thunderbolt 225 ac arc stick welder for 60 i replaced the on/off switch and put a power supply cord on and it's still not working. I've looked up how to wire it and cant seem to find if I'm doing it right. Or if there is something else wrong with it. Good God i hope not cus due to medical problems I've been out of work for almost a year. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And if I dont answer or respond it's not cus I'm ignoring, its cus I dont know how to respond.

Couple of quick questions...what is a "power supply cord", is that just a standard SO- style flexible jacketed cord?

And...did you wire it to 240vac?
