Herbrand screwdriver?

Has anyone seen a herbrand screwdriver I'm guessing is what it is? Someone at somepoint used it as a chisel.

The funny thing is there were the Crescent chisels of similar all steel handle design too.

This unmarked metal screwdriver has been abused over the years. I don’t have any idea who made it.
