Finally got around to posting my garage. It is 28x38x12 clear. The back wall is filled concrete and acts as a retaining wall. I used 2"x6" for walls and used my tractor to stand the walls up by myself. Had a bunch of friends come over to put the trusses in place and put the roof on. conctracted out the excavation, block and concrete.

Actually started in fall of 2006, finished for use in March 2008, then slowly put the interior together.

200 amp electric service.

The cabinets are the "Norm Abrams" design.

62 Fairlane finally has a home. Now I need to start working on it.

I came back this year and cut out 5 standard trusses and put in 5 sissor trusses. Then had the roof foamed. Plan on getting lift and with the Crew Cab 2500 on the bottom, the 62 would not have fit! Poor planning on my part.

I put the Hardy Plank siding on myself over several weeks. I mad a little jig to hold one end while I nailed the other in place. (The wife helped some when I got up high. Still paying for that!).

Created a garden an patio area up against the retaining wall. Wife gets the credit for the landscaping.

Converted the door in the sissor bay to high lift with help from this site and American Garage Door Supply!
