I have been using the Hercules cordless 1/4in impact driver, drill, circular saw, 1/2 and 3/4in torque wrenches. They are all brushless and have been using them for the last 3-4 months. I must saw I am highly impressed with harbor freights new and improved line of power tools. They seem to out perform my older dewalt and Milwaukee tools. I really hope harbor freight continues to challenge these other manufacturers so we get cheaper prices and better quality. What are you guys experience with these?

One of my techs at the day job has a Bauer 1/2“ impact, it’ll remove the lugnut‘s off of a class 7 truck rather easily. I’m thinking of replacing my two 20v Earthquakes with Bauer since HF ditched the Earthquake line.

I personally would go with Hercules if you can spare the extra coin! Can also find them cheaper on eBay or fb marketplace people reselling. Their new Ultra Torque line is awesome and the auto mode makes it so when the bolt breaks loose it knows and slows down so it comes off easy and when torquing down it shuts off at so many ft lbs of torque. Super cool features. The 1/4 impact driver is the best in class according to the torque test channel on YouTube that does tons of testing. It outperformed dewalt and milwaukees micro 1/4 impacts. I absolutely love my 1/4 impact driver. I use the 1/2 impact socket attachment most the time.

I have begun investing in the Hercules brushless line also. I have been using several of the tools for over a year now and I am highly impressed with them so far. With a five year warranty on the tools and a three year warranty on the batteries, I felt I couldn't go wrong. The cool thing about their warranty is, if the tool fails, just bring it in to the nearest HF store and they will swap it for a new tool. No sending it off to a repair or warranty center.
