congrats on the set man =] put it to good use
I figured it was RLL with a stutter. If you don't already know, RLL is Red Lube of Love, Permatex assembly lube.
Like this:
"Red Lube, Red, Red Lube, Red Lube of Love."
If you're confused, just read my location.![]()
^^^I already have enough screwdrivers and a small collection of Vise Grips and Channelocks.
For some reason, there isn't an 11 mm deep socket in 3/8 drive. I don't know about you guys, but I use 11 mm deep sockets on diesels, so I was wondering why it wouldn't be included?
Sorry thought I read you didn't have any.
I do have SOME, they're pretty crappy, but they get the job done I guess.
Thanks Red Green. I'll use the 7/16.
^^^If you don't mind, that's what I'm gonna call it from now on.
Hey, Go for it. I don't have a trademark on itFrom one drummer to another

They range from 10 year old to new Vise Grips, others are recently new Channelocks, and some Ace Taiwan ****. Not too much, but enough to get the job done when I need to.James, are your pliers US brands, or foreign pieces?

James, bring the rats over when you come up here...we'll give them the treatment.
When you get a chance, get the Permatex green synthetic grease, it works better than the red lube, not as much ooze.

Vince, I seem to recall at least onbe guy on here saying it does not work as well.
If I can find some locally I will snag it and see how it does.
It may not be the best choice for fine tooth ratchets, but is works WONDERS in the lowly Craftsman ratchets smooooooooooooooth! LOL You can buy 99 cent packets at Advanced Auto at the counter if you want to try it out. The large brush in bottle is like 17 to 23 bucks.
Well, even the red stuff does not work as well on the real fine tooth rats...it's better in coarse or "medium" models.
The set isn't supposed to come with the 11mm unfortunately. They have to make some cuts to get the price that darn low. Here is a list online for it.
I may be wrong but the 11mm is rarely used. That is one size that I do not keep any singles in for warranty purposes.

Yah I never have used a 11mm socket ot wrench![]()
Westerbeke exhaust manifold t-bolt clamp nut.
I believe 11mm is really close to 7/16, however.
