Here we go! Garage build

I have been planning and saving for 5 years and I finally made the commitment. 30 wide and 40 deep with a 10’4” ceiling. My contractor is a great friend and my neighbor. I inquired about placing it here 5 years ago but he said it was to far out of grade. Last year he helped me clear a spot for a trampoline and after we were done he said maybe it could be done. So we planned it and he gave me a quote about a month ago. It’s just under $74 a square foot done. The work started Monday and I’m amazed how far it has come in 1

Concrete forms are 90% done and tomorrow the walls get poured.
