You flip it with two forklifts.

One to lift, one to "catch".

Welded with Miller XMT 304 and 60 series 24v feeder. .035 hard wire @ 22v. Dont want too much heat in it.

Looks good. Minimal welds on the top keeps the warping down. Looks just like our " use what is in the yard" tables. What are you going to fab on it?

Cust came by the shop this morning.

He's impressed to say the least. It'll be plenty for building trailers on

For how big the steel frame is, top seems to have been skimped on. Surprised not a 1-2" top for fabbing on with a table of this size.

Cust supplied the top. We built the base outta stuff we had laying around.

Plus, its mainly a jig table/surface. Flat, but not incredibly critical

I see the nut so they can bolt it down. Hate to mess with the dude that carries that off...:rocker:

thats to level it and slip shims underneath. 3/4 Nut is welded down to the feet. You would then punch a 1/2" Hilti after you get it set

90¢/lb and 85$/hr :D

Probably +/- $2500-$3000. I havent asked. Our 4x8 tables with 1/2" tops and the same legs are $1300 each. We built 9 for the D/FW area United Rentals locations this year.
