We have a room in our shop that is being repurposed from housing calves to using as a gym. It has a floor drain but is just a 20 x 20 concrete slab otherwise. We're considering doing "something" to make the floor nicer beyond just cleaning it well but are unclear as to what to do. No cars or other sort of shop work will be done in there and we will have some rubber floor mats down for gym stuff. Should we just clean it and call it good or coat it with epoxy or concrete paint etc? Not wanting to do a ton of prep work and my partner is chomping to get things moving so long term drying etc is probably a no go too. Thanks.
