Vintage Large Heuer 7" Vise Barn find...need info!

Been living at my home for 7 years and have a large old barn on site with lots of old tools...stumbled across this vise I could hardly carry out of a dark corner under the staircase. I don't know when the last time this tool saw light but here it is! I would love some info on this piece! Measures 7" open and 7" across or 17.78 cm. Excelent working condition and seems unaltered, rear moving grip. Thank you!

Smith, how physically wide are the jaws? (Note that I am not referring to how far apart they open up).

That's a great find. Real large vise and pretty rare. There are a lot of vise collectors that would love to have one like that. If you get an offer for a lot of money for it, and you don't have some personal connection to it or need for it, then I'd take the money and turn around and buy a good ole American-made vise that fit my needs + have cash in my pocket.
