Hex wrench reducer (insert) for ratcheting wrench

I found these ratcheting wrenches on Amazon that have 1 or 2 ratcheting wrenches plus many small adapters (insertable reducers) so the wrench can be used on many smaller hex sizes. This for example.

They are "kind of like" the Astro nano sockets idea. I wonder where I could buy a set of the reducers alone.

No personal use with that set, but I've "migrated" more and more over to ratcheting box wrenches and adaptors. It's amazing what those GW type wrenches can do. And never had a problem with strength.
I think that pictured set could do well. FWIW
