Hey everyone New from Union Lake, MI

Here is "The Barn" first garage I ever built. Go big or go home. I wanted more the zoning board said no bigger. Now I ahve the biggest garage allowed. 900 square feet with 600 up stairs office.

28 x 32 with 9'6" upper office space. Full span truss no post.
I have been filling it up with some projects over the last year Been getting ready for retirement. You can never have too many projects. Just never enuff space

Now the new attached garage will be next. 2600 sq feet with 13' bay doors. Hope the city will allow that one.
