Hey, from Canada...

Hi all. I have been lurking on this site forever and I am finally getting around to joining.

My current garage is a work in progress. It is a part of a condominum complex for car guys called "The Dens". My unit is 1200 sqft with a 480 sqft mezzanine. It has epoxy flooring throughout with in-slab heat on the main floor and a furnace grade fireplace upstairs. The walls are finished in checker plate or interior plastic siding for the most part. There are a couple of plain drywall sections upstairs. Upstairs also has a bathroom and shower facility as well.

This site is fantastic! I referred to it a lot while deciding on how to lay things out and flooring and such, so thanks to all of you for posting such great info.

welcome to the GJ this looks like my old shop in Oshawa Ont. i lived there in the shop before immigrating to florida but yours is a lot cleaner. I owned the stereo shop and did a lot of mech work there also with the help of good friends. Enjoy!!!!
