Hi all!
My name is Lance. People call me Rosie. I am a Welding & Fabrication teacher at a Highschool in Alberta, Canada. I love the Maker/ Builder community and am here to learn some new skills and hopefully provide some value to you guys as well! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this site. There seems to be a little bit of everything on here and y'all seem like our kind of people!

I am also a co-host of The Builder Sessions - a podcast where we interview industry experts, innovators and influencers in the trades, learn their stories (where they came from, how they got into it, etc), help our audience grow in knowledge and skill sets, and ultimately inspire individuals to get involved in the trades in either a hobby capacity or career pursuit. Basically, we talk shop!
