Hello. Decided to turn my detached 24'x24' pole barn garage into a gym. Have a question about the insulation I'm using. My buddy got 100+ 4'x8' x2'' thick white foam for free from a roof job he did. I got 20 sheets for free. I know nothing about white Styrofoam but I figured they sold it at Lowes for $25 a sheet so it should do the trick. Anyways didnt know if I should take any consideration while using this stuff. I also used it on the garage door and used expanding foam in the garage door framing where I couldn't fit the white foam into. Thanks !
