I need some help. I have a loan through Snap-On Credit and I need to know how to pay on it. I got it through the dealer that came to where I USED to work, but he won't call me (I've sent him a few messages via FB) and I don't know his number. He goes there on wednesdays, and it just so happens that yesterday was my last day at that company, but he didn't show up that day.

How do I pay on my loan?? Is there somewhere I can pay online? I called the 1-877 number, but sat on hold for about 30 minutes before I hung up.

Once again, this is for a loan through Snap-On Credit, NOT on the truck.

Thanks!

Yea, I do. Thats the 877 number that I've sat on hold a few times for up to 30 minutes at a time. If I have to go through there, then I'll just **** it up and wait. But if there's a way to pay it online, then I'd rather do that.

Our dealer said I could set it up to be taken out automatically, which would work too, and I assume that has to be set up through the phone number.

Just looking for some other way to give them my money so I can keep my stuff.

ask the techs or manager at the old shop:
a.) if they have his #,
b.) give him your phone#
c.) get his # to you.

while you are waiting, call snap on customer service, NOT snap on credit, look for the dealer's contact info.

it can't be that hard to pay someone, normally it's the other way around people trying to avoid paying the dealer.

I feel bad for you....
Get prepared for a troubled road ahead. I've had a ****** past experience w/ Snap On's EC. I had a bad deal with one of their shadiest dealers and finally paid them off and guess what....at the time of the account payoff, they couldn't even send me an actual receipt or confirmation of any sort. All they could do was copy and save a picture of the current screenshot of the computer in current use that showed that the account was paid up in full & email it to me :wtf::confused: You can mail in payment's via check/money order/cashier's check BUT they DO NOT send you any sort of invoice!!!!!! These are thier words exaclty. If you pay your dues on paper, be prepared to keep a log. I'm not even sure if they alow direct debit from a bank account (although, my ordeal only happened a little more than one year ago)
Your payments go directly to Snap On EC...there's not dealer involved when you are making payments by YOURSELF. There's also no way to pay it online. You can't even get any sort of c/s. You have to talk to someone via phone. It's rediculous
EC's customer service is TERRIBLE at best. Those ppl are ignorant, clueless and rude.
All I can hope for is you find a way before you receive deliquency notices b/c they're good for shipping those on an account that has been paid up to date...
NEVER AGAIN SNAP-ON'S EC!!!! lol
