Hi everyone, name's Lance and I'm a Firefighter/ Paramedic in frigid (for now) NW Ohio. I'm into brewing beer and smoking meats, and I've been in my house for 7 years now and am finally getting around to finishing the 10 x 20 shop in the back of my 2-car garage. I found this site and I'm sure I'll find a ton of tips and knowledge 'round here.
