Well in semi-short, we (wife and I) sold the farm and went back to the city into a condo of all places. However, it has a nice 2 and 1/2 car garage under it and I don't have to do any yard work!!!
Many may ask farm to a condo? what the heck? Well we moved out there 8-9 years ago and proceeded to work my **** off and the place was bleeding me dry. At times it was self sufficient as we boarded horses there and that covered the bills sometimes.... I am also a remodeling contractor and quickly realized horse boarding as well as contracting are both feast or famine. It eventually drove us both crazy. Also, the schools out there weren't all the good and we have one just starting kindergarten (and bringing home every sickness known to man!)
So we are actually in the process of moving still. House stuff is done, shop stuff is next. After I get the garage cleared back out and make room for garage/shop stuff! I actually only had a workshop space out there, but no true garage so I am excited to finally have one.
So I am looking forward to setting my garage up and gathering ideas from here and sharing mine as well.
I found this site thanks to Jeffahart? on 67-72 Chevy trucks. I had a 69 Chevy. It was traded for a new roof on the old place, plus some cash. So I will be looking for a new project once I'm set up.
