Heyo, New here... How do signatures work in the forum?

Hey everyone! I'm new to the forum here... Have actually used some found discussions here quite often through search inquiries..
But while setting up my account here, I noticed an option for a "Signature". Does this automatically post with comments/new threads I create? (I suppose I'm about to see after I post this, hehe...)
And, if so, I attempted to embed a logo photo in my signature using HTML coding, and I'm hoping that it shows up too... If the signature isn't present, or just the photo only shows as coding, could anyone provide some insight on how it works in this forum page?

hehe I see it's just coding... I'm gonna play around to see what I can't figure out on my own. But if anyone knows exactly what to do, please let me know!

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out.

FYI, signatures don't show up for mobile users unless they are in landscape mode, so many won't see it anyway.
