I'm upgrading/enlarging my tool storage. I have 2 harbor freight 13 drawer bottom roller cabs I was planning to use for workbench bottoms. I have had them for a year and mainly used just as storage as I never finished the benchtop. Anyways, there as close to new as one can get. I have the wheels and handles in the bottom drawer as they were removed but easily reattach. Ill help you load and provided your close by and pay first I'll help deliver with my truck if you don't have one. I'm looking for $300 each and I have two of them. For something slightly used/sat in my garage that now can't be had for less then 399 plus t/x at HF I think that's fair however if I'm out of line feel free to make an offer. heres a pic from when i installed them, they are still in the same condition.
