For those of you with smart phones or tablets, check out an app called SNIPSNAP

You can search for Harbor Freight coupons and there are always at least a dozen or so 25% coupons uploaded on there at any given time - which you can bring up and have the cashier scan for you (or use the coupon code online).

I've used it several times - always successful.

What's the general success rate for using a 25% discount coupon WITH one of the "Super Coupons?"

I know that the fine print says "not to be used with any other discount," but I know I've seen stories of people successfully using both and getting even bigger discounts.

If you've done this - and especially if there was any initial eyebrow raising by the cashier
- how did you go about making it work for you?

0% chance unless you get a manager that doesn't care about their job. Regular cashiers can't do it at all

Unless you find the "new employee" that doesn't know any better. I think their system will allow both, but the cashier isn't supposed to ring it up that way.

I'd rather have the 25% off your entire purchase coupon. Those are much harder to find.
