using a coupon of course. Hahaha. It is on clearance. Ok, its called a home shop vise, but after cleaning up a bit up excess paint, it actually works rather well, for lightweight stuff. I plan on mounting it on my tool cart. If nothing else, I probably got $2 worth of red paint and a free multimeter.

I wonder if I could crush it with my Ridgid.

Crush?? Probably Not but i would think Multiple Pieces could be accomplished fairly Easily. LOL... Ive rebuild to many Cast Vises in my Day, I would take 4 Buffalo Vises and Make 1 back in the Day to Help My Grandpa make a Buck and me a Soda Pop.

Ah, good ole Buffalo tools. The Harbor Freight before there was a Harbor Freight. Sold out of motel conference rooms and off of the backs of trucks everywhere. I think most of that stuff was made in Taiwan back then. I will say this though, my 99 cent Buffalo 25' tape measure finally gave up the ghost a few weeks ago after 25 years of faithful service.

My Grandfather used to buy that stuff by the Truckload, some was Broke, some was Good it was Literally a **** shoot. We both still have some Buffalo tools that see regular duty and have for 20 years or better, 24" Adjustable comes to mind. I can tell that Ratchets, (Some) Vises, Wrenches and Screwdrivers were Literally JUNK.

Thats the cheapest new vise I've ever seen. Even if it serves your need one time, its paid for itself.

I'd offer to pay you 25% mark up on it ($2.60) but the shipping would kill me :)

For $2 you can use it as a paperweight is all else fails.
