HF 3/8 Metric Deep

3/8 Drive, 10pc Metric Deep Set

I know it must be in the HF pass/fail thread, but sifting through 115 pages to find it really isn't what I'd like to spend the next two days doing, haha!

Did they pass? Has anyone managed to break one yet?

i haven't broken one yet. but i have a home depot husky 3/8 impact that's supposed to have 100ft lbs of torque. i have to break loose every bolt by hand, then switch to the husky impact.

Im just talkin' regular chromevadium suckers. They'd be on the end of a 3/8 air rachet that puts down a reliable 45ft/lb, so maybe they'd be alright!

I've lost two snappy's within two weeks, and at $30/socket, If these are any good I might just make the cost effective switch.

They are pretty good. The color coded ones are kind of cheesy I think, but the coating wears off pretty quick, thankfully. They are a good buy.

Ohhh yeah. Somehow I read an "impact" in there somewhere. I've been looking at a lot of impact sockets all day.

I haven't broken a Chrome 3/8 deep socket either. But I don't use them on air tools. I'm not much help, eh?
