Not sure this is the BEST assembly procedure, but it beats the h#&% out of the instructions that come with the cart.
If you can, unbox the unit before leaving the store lot and check that everything is there. Mine was missing:
Corrections to Parts List:
Items 1 and 6 (leg posts) are the exact same part - laying one to the right and the other to the left does not magically change them to right-handed and left-handed parts. BUT THEY DO HAVE TOP AND A BOTTOM. The carriage bolt hole at the top of the post is about 1-3/8" down from the top. The carriage bolt hole at the bottom of the post is about 3/4" up from the bottom.
Tools required:
2 - short pieces of 2 by
(Under the back of drawer section while assembling legs.)
1 - 13mm combination wrench
(Nuts on leg carriage bolts & gas struts.)
***1/2" was a better fit on mine***
1 - 12mm combination wrench
(Hex portion of studs on gas struts.)
1 - #2 Philips or a medium slotted screwdriver.
(Morphodite heads of caster bolts)
