Not sure this is the BEST assembly procedure, but it beats the h#&% out of the instructions that come with the cart.

If you can, unbox the unit before leaving the store lot and check that everything is there. Mine was missing:
  • Both handle attachment bolts.
  • One small drawer liner.
  • One washer for the casters.
On the plus side, there was one extra (spare) carriage bolt for the legs.

Corrections to Parts List:
Items 1 and 6 (leg posts) are the exact same part - laying one to the right and the other to the left does not magically change them to right-handed and left-handed parts. BUT THEY DO HAVE TOP AND A BOTTOM. The carriage bolt hole at the top of the post is about 1-3/8" down from the top. The carriage bolt hole at the bottom of the post is about 3/4" up from the bottom.

Tools required:
2 - short pieces of 2 by
(Under the back of drawer section while assembling legs.)
1 - 13mm combination wrench
(Nuts on leg carriage bolts & gas struts.)
***1/2" was a better fit on mine***
1 - 12mm combination wrench
(Hex portion of studs on gas struts.)
1 - #2 Philips or a medium slotted screwdriver.
(Morphodite heads of caster bolts)

How to:
  1. All nuts/bolts are attached finger tight until told otherwise.
  2. After taking everything out of the box and inventorying it, open the top of the drawer section and remove any loose parts from the inside top and drawers.
  3. Lay the drawer section on its back (drawer faces up) on top of 2 bys.
  4. Open the drawer section lid.
  5. Attach all 4 legs to the drawer section. Remember they have a top side.
  6. Attach each Cross support to a pair of legs - match large-small holes with holes in top - the small tabs face the drawer section.
  7. Remove the 2 bys.
  8. Attach the bottom section to the legs.
  9. Attach the casters to the bottom section.
  10. Fully tighten the nuts/bolts attaching the casters.
  11. Close and lock the lid.
  12. Stand the cart backup on it's casters.
  13. Open the lid.
  14. Fully tighten all the leg post carriage bolts.
  15. Attach the gas struts.
  16. Attach the handle.
