I have the top and bottom box. Absolutely love it. But, WTF do you do with the bottom right drawer? Power tools get their own storage. The only thing I can think of is automotive fluids, in GALLON jugs. Or maybe let an animal have a litter of babies in there? LOL. Wish they made that two drawers to match the left bank. But for the price, guess you can't complain.

I too have the top and bottom. I'm assuming you mean the right lower drawer, the over-square one. My right bottom drawer is a library for reference material and I keep some fender blankets in their too.

How about the top compartment on yours? The damn thing is almost 6 feet tall so people complaining about how the shallow space is useless for sockets must be 8 feet tall. I use my top for a couple air hoses, an extension cord and a corded drop light. What do you keep up there?

Also I would like to ad that I am very happy with this box combination.

Oops. Edited. Thanks. My top box under the lid holds gloves, receipts, some battery tools, magnetic pickup tool and that's about it.

I like the idea of car literature. Now if I could just remember where. Put them books lol.

Now that this post has been made into question it made me realize how much better it would be with two smaller drawers. I honestly don't have much in that drawer either because the very Bottom big drawer on the left side is where I keep everything special that is in a case
But to anser the op question. I keep my heat gun, caulk gun and big plastic tool box that holds my soldering iron, dremel stuff, engraver n glue gun
I will post a picture in the morning
As far as spray paint cans or any of that type of stuff....I have a tall stand up multi shelf cabinet that those things go in

That'd be cool. Thanks! Glad I'm not the only one who has this little problem.

I plan on keeping tools with blow molded cases and fluids in the bottom drawers when in get mine. Things like compression tester, leak down gauge, tap and die set, vacuum gauge air tool oil and extra engine oil, trans oil and coolant.

I had a battery charger in it at one point. Now it's chemicals, maybe an AC manifold, and some other stuff I can't remember. I will check in the morning.

Cool thanks man.

On a side note do any owners that have top and bottom find it odd that the latches for the top box are screwed in where as the the bottom box has them rivited in?

Sure, I wouldn't mind posting pictures if you don't mind a bone stock car, haha. I have parts for it but don't have the time to install the bigger things. And it's just a slow non-turbo but still loads of fun to drive.

Not at all. I think stock is the best look.

Would this be considered hi-jacking even if it's the OP requesting it? Haha

My other pictures are failing to upload for some reason. I'm not sure why the picture of the fenced up cars is sideways because it's fine on my computer. I only added that because you can get a glimpse of my co-worker's old school PGC10 Skyline GT-R sedan in front of my car.

looks like a very nice car! At least out west you don't have to worry about snow and other bad weather.

Skyline sedan? Holy smokes those things seem rare. How did he ever find one? Wow, just wow.

Thank you! It took me two years to find it. I wanted a hardtop but couldn't find any. It was hard enough finding the year and color combo. I'm pretty blessed with the weather here but not the cost of living or the crappy drivers. The drivers...holy ****.

He imported it from Japan for about 10 grand. No idea how he got it registered but it's registered as a historic car. It currently has an RB25 engine out of the rear drive model Skyline with a 50 trim t3/t4 turbo putting out about 330 to the wheels and now he just bought an RB26 from the AWD model and is planning on going bigger. And the only big thing I've accomplished on my car is a headlight retrofit. ;/ Haha

Skill saws, a corded one and the cordless one that won't fit with all of the other battery tools. It's kind of a useless drawer but the price of the box and how well the rest of it's made make it easy to live with.

AC manifold, stant pressure tester, o2 sensor kit in the plastic boxes. I might be the only guy who has a power probe 1 and still uses it. I think the drawer is perfect size. I really wish it had the full length top drawer.

That gives me an idea to have a toolbox that can be grabbed in a hurry to have something grab and go to help a friend. Cool!

That's a pretty big portable box or is it me and it looks small in that drawer.
Probably standard size. The drawers are 19.75" deep front to back of useable space, and the drawer in question is about 13" deep top to bottom

It's just a cheap Stanley 16" box.

I just seen a post where a guy had a similar problem w his snap on box. It had a narrow super deep drawer and he bought new sliders and 2 skinny drawers to fill the space. Wish I could do that on mine
