Got to cut some details into a sheet of 16ga sheet metal, to replace the floor in my manure spreader. I see the HF nibbler is rated for 16ga max, and I'm wondering how well, or if it will work for this?
Got plenty of air compressor, so no issues there.
Any thoughts?

It works, but gets hung up alot at it's max rating. It also seemed to get dull very quickly. I have a Metabo corded 14 gauge rated and an IR pneumatic 16 gauge rated that I use almost exclusively. They don't get hung up near as much as the HF one.....

And you'll have a bazillion pieces of Cresent shaped little knives imbedded in everything.
You'll need a magnet for clean up afterward.

Don't use over carpet you'll never get the pieces totally picked up. (for those who have carpet in their garage). And never anywhere where you might possibly walk barefooted or your pets.
