Picture of the trailer makes them look REALLY small, its the four casters that the trailer rolls on when folded up or something. I need to make a swing thru HF, so will check them out when I do.

These were sold for a 250 pound folding trailer. The casters don't have to be anything special to roll it around a few feet on a smooth concrete garage floor.

I do not think they are "anything special", but they were cheap and will work for lightweight needs.

Anybody have any luck finding a set? My local store insisted replacement parts have to be through the 800 number, nothing on the shelves either.

I bought 2 sets months ago. I printed off the web page and they went in the back and brought them out. If you can buy them online you should be able to pick them up in the store if they are in stock. They are nice casters for $2!

Not bad. One of the other ways to get cheap casters is to buy the movers dolly with a coupon at $7.99, or $8.99 minus a 25% coupon. These also have the standard 4-bolt mounting plate versus a single metric stem.

i picked up my set last week. the guy said they were opening the bags and selling them individually so thats probably why they're not on the selves as a set. luckily they had two bags unopened and sold me one.

I have to chuckle about this post. At work I manage the shop that builds classroom technology for a major university. We order lecterns and install all the electronics. Lecterns come with 4 casters. We order about 30 lecterns a year. That's 120 casters per summer we acquire since we roll the lectern into the classroom and remove the casters.
I probably have 500 casters on hand. It got so bad, we gave about that many back to the company when they delivered a batch last year.
