HF coupon code restrictions

So I'm trying to find a HF 20, or 25 or 30% coupon code that will work with their refrigerated air dryer, but no luck.
All say "Sorry, the coupon code xxxxxxx does not apply to the item(s) in your cart".
Nothing in the fine print of the coupon excludes it.
Anybody know of one that works?
Our local store doesn't carry this item. I wonder if I can have them order it and convince them to take the coupon at the register.

I don't know that I've seen a coupon for what you are looking for but there is no restrictions for the 20% on Central Pneumatics stuff, maybe not for Merlin product

Every once in awhile but it is only good for items under 10 dollars.

They used to have it on holidays up until last year, but now it's rare and restricted, as said.
