HF floor jack cross beam

Have you guys seen this new Floor Jack Cross Beam in the new sale paper? Its only 40, not too bad actually. Lot # 60762, but its not online yet I guess

the arms looks like they extend out with a chain to restrain/limit them. Its the gray jack color.
