Is the HF club membership worth the annual fee? And I realize that's subjective, but generally speaking what is your opinion?

Te only reason I have one is the manager threw it in for free when I bought my side box for the 44" tool box

I got a year membership a few months back when I needed a huge tarp. The regular price was $149.99. The member price was $99.99. So I still saved money on the tarp with paying for the membership. I have only bought a couple of things since then at member price. So basically I wouldn't get the membership until it is worth it.

The only thing is, you only get the ad with member deals if you are a member.

I voted for no opinion but really my answer is yes and no. When I first started picking up some of the higher rated tools from HF I opted into the Inside Track. It saved me a chunk on some of the things I was looking for (the torque sticks themselves paid for the membership). I chose not to renew because there isn't enough items that would be discounted to make it worth it for me now.

I did have one a few years back. Now their prices are all up and down. Anything you want, it's best to monitor pricing. Recently the 25% coupon has
been a better deal then the inside track club.
