I attached the magnetic strip to the top side of my 20" wide shop broom with two drywall screws. I flip it over and drag it when looking for lost and loose screws and nails. I had a privacy fence installed and used it to find the nails that were dropped in the driveway and yard...found about twenty or so. When sweeping with it...the "extra" weight of the magnet holds the broom closer to the floor, seems to sweep better. I would post a picture but can not seem to get it to work for me.

I have been using the free coupon too much. I'm finding the magnet strips are better than peg hooks.

Thinking just about anyone that has a HF cart should have a couple of the free mag bars bolted together (back to back) and stuck to the inside of the lid :D

I have some of the magnetic strips mounted over my work bench. I stick my tape measures on them.

All I've been getting is the microfiber cloths ever since I found out they came out with the coupon a while back.

Great having by drill press too. I removed the magnets on a few of them. Have on stuck to my 12'' bench shear, great for catching the small cut offs. Other magnets I use for my welded artwork. handy for positioning small pieces before tacking. You can setup pieces with magnets and see how it looks without tacking.
I bought some round rare earth magnets from Amazon. I bolted a couple to the magnetic strips and you can stick them anywhere.

Heck ya! Or funnels, new safety glasses, or zip ties... Really, there’s plenty of bargain items to get with a freebie. [emoji41][emoji1360]

Do you print them from there?
Do they accept copies?

"Most" HF stores will accept the coupons to just either print copy or just display it off the phone.... I had done both at the HF in my area, and about 99% of the time it is fine... 1% always some power tripping cashier tries to pull that coupon thing... cause either she is power tripping or just too lazy or too dumb to type in that coupon code... and these things it is at the discretion of that shift mgr when you challenge it... Yeah right :headscrat:

I've got one in the screwdriver drawer, one attached to the the pulley cover on the drill press, a couple attached to the HF welding table, another on the table saw, on the sliding miter saw and few attached to various points on the QuickJack and creeper. Pretty sure there are a few more scattered around but those things are really handy.

That and the magnetic bowls are the best freebies.
Another vote for the magnetic bowls. I just repaired a cell phone and those teeny screws would have walked without the bowl. I didn't bother to go find the magnitized screw driver like I shoulda' but the bowl had actually magnetized the screws when I went to reinstall them.
