Some one gave these oil filter pliers a pass on the pass fail thread I will have to second or third that where ever i fall in line bought a pair today there on sale at my HF for $ 5.99

I have them, and they seem to be holding up fine. I'd say they are probably better quality than most HF pliers that I've come across.

Having said that, if I were using them professionally, I'd opt for something else.

i've got a channelock set and the HF set...the HF is every bit as well made if not better...
