I have that jack and LOVE it. Great jack for the money. I have a lowered car, and it works great.

I went with the 2.5 ton model for the liiiiiitle bit lower profile it is and the liiiiiitle bit higher it can lift. I remember the reviews being a bit better, too. There's never a coupon though, unfortunately.

I drive a couple of lowered vehicles so every 1/4" matters. (I still need to drive up on wood blocks anyway.)

The only problems I've had so far are the bolt that holds the handle to the jack wouldn't stay in, so i opened up the hole and ran a tap in it. Also, every now and then it lets the vehicle down a bit too fast. The majority of times it comes down at a manageable speed. You can kinda tell when it's about to happen.

All in all, I like it.

I have the 4 ton low profile ( use it for my 4x4 dodge ram ) plus it is low enough to fit under my 89 civic. lifts both vehicles with no problem. recently bought the 3 ton ( not low profile ) as a back up jack ( this one also handles the ram without issue although doesn't lift as high as the 4 ton ) very happy with these jacks and do recommend them.

I also have the extra low/extra high 2.5 ton jack. It's been great so far. I used a coupon they had back at that time to get it for around $100. Right now it's on sale for $95 which is a great price! It's like ... less than a dollar a pound!!

Edit: my bad, I was looking at the wrong jack. I have the 2 ton which goes for $139 on their site. I had a coupon for around $107 when I bought it. It's been a great jack so far though.

I have this one, got it mainly for the 23" lift height. It didn't raise right out of the box, had to refill hydraulic fluid, still makes a clicking sound when raising/lowering under load. Not sure if that's normal (none of my other jacks do that).

I bought this jack a couple years ago. It works great, after I JB welded the handle in place...

Well this Jack doesn't sound promising lmao

Thanks for the info guys :)

I originally wanted that Hi Lift Lo Pro 2 Ton jack but that thing is heavy and the welds looked like popcorn. I chose the 3 ton racing jack ( aluminum )

I have had two- the first ones seals were bad within a week- rerurned and exchanged on the spot. The second one has the irritating problem of the front C clip popping out and allowing a wheel to go rogue. This only happens when there is a letteral load.

I wish I could afford a super low profile all alluminium swiss watch of a jack, but this thing does the job for getting my old lotus (no clearance) off the ground.

I also got- and love the spreader bar. This thing works like a champ every time.

Is that the Arcan XL35 that you're referring to? Its been on my want list based on what I've read about it. For now I've got access to my roommates OTC aluminum jack & stands.

yes the one i have and use everyday is the Arcan XL35 (3.5tons). never gave me a problem. iv had it for about 4 years i think. make sure you retighten all the bolts on it when you get it. thats all i did. other wise its been perfect to date.
