Hey guys I have a HF predator that runs well. Idles great, etc. I don't know if this was the case before but when exercising it today (It sits most the time) i noticed anything above 1100W of load it was bogging down. I checked the RPM and sure enough it was around 3440 at 2K watts. I went ahead and brought the idle up to 3600 (60hz) at the mid level (ish) load of ~2200W. I adjusted the voltage to 120V and the RPM to 3600 at that load. At idle I see around 3850 RPMs (Perhaps my governor isn't functioning properly?), is that going to be a problem for this thing? Oddly I notice that the voltage moves about 7vAC between no load and that 2200W load. I know my frequency will change w/ the load/RPM but. I assumed the voltage regulator would keep voltage around 120V but apparently not? . Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Dave
